Best's domestic factories have implemented advanced international automatic drawing and template making systems, automatic hanging production lines, automatic cutting machines, full-automatic cloth spreading machines, and computerized sewing equipment. In addition, they have successfully incorporated intelligent management systems such as ERP, ETS, MES, and others to achieve high levels of data and information management.
The group has implemented standardized management, allowing them to pass multiple management system certifications, including IS09001, IS014001, ISO45001, BSCI, GOTS, and Oeko-Tex International Certification. As the vice president unit of the China Knitting Industry Association, Best Garment Group is focused on expanding internationally through "the Belt and Road" initiative. The group currently has five production bases and seven garment factories spread across four countries. Since 2014, the group has established three garment factories in Yangon Province, Myanmar. In 2021, Best Garment Group invested in new production bases in Laos and Yunnan to better serve its customers worldwide and achieve a flexible production capacity layout. The Laos factory targets a differentiated customer market from the Myanmar factory, while the Yunnan factory expands domestic production capacity and leverages its geographical advantages to enlarge the synergy of the industrial chain among China, Myanmar, and Laos. This integration will help Best Garment Group gradually build a new pattern of global development and further integrate into the domestic and international double cycle. Best Garment Group completed preliminary investigation work in Cambodia by the end of 2022. The Phnom Penh region in Cambodia has a robust garment industry chain that can quickly form production capacity. Best Garment Group plans to open a Best Cambodia factory in the first half of 2023. The project signing has been completed, and the planned construction of Best Cambodia factory has a total scale of 2,000 people and will be put into production in two phases, contributing to the growth of Chinese manufacturing abroad. 
To fuel its development, Best Garment Group places a strong emphasis on scientific and technological innovation. In recent years, Best has collaborated with Jiangnan University to establish the "Best Textile and Garment Research Institute" as part of their industry-university-research partnership. Through this collaboration, the two entities have engaged in a broad range of activities including technological innovation, fabric development, product design, talent acquisition, intellectual property declaration, and scientific research platform construction. This partnership has enabled both parties to continuously enhance their independent innovation capability and overall competitiveness.
